Nick Morton


In ’96 Nick left Newcastle Art School where he studied graphic design and began working for a Northampton ad agency.  A year later Nick evolved into a freelancer working for numerous design agencies and by ’98 had setup a design partnership, Spy Associates, which offered creative design services to businesses specialising in print, sign and web services.

As the millenium dawned he partnered with a performance car parts retailer to develop a website on a profit share model, and in ’02 Nick incorporated POTN Limited as a co-operative of independent retailers to sell their brands through.  By the end of the decade it had grown to over 80 dealers offering 200 brands with a catalogue circulating over a million customers, establishing POTN as the UK’s number 1 online dealer of performance car parts.

POTN now successfully operates over 100 broad and niche sites, including native language sites across Europe.  In 2009 Nick, together with his brother Simon, started Supplyant with the aim of teaching businesses how to be successful online by offering strategic web business partnerships.

Tim Major


Tim Major is no stranger to success as both a business owner and competitive player in the corporate world. Leaving a lucrative 15-year career in corporate Fast Moving Consumer Goods retail in 1988, Tim started on his entrepreneurial journey in the world of Licensed Apparel, enjoying great commercial success vending Sports and Music related merchandise at International events across Europe. Since 1999, moving back to the UK with his family, Tim has worked exclusively as a private Business Coach helping many businesses to achieve stability and commercial success in such diverse fields as Electronic Manufacturing, Aviation, Retail, Leisure, Telecommunications, and Wholesale Distribution.  In January of 2007 Tim took the opportunity to purchase an ActionCOACH Business Coaching Primary Franchise in the Central Midlands territory of the UK, thus achieving a platform for his ambition to take on the challenging and fulfilling role of coaching Business Owners with small to medium enterprises to achieve wealth using ACTION’s proven strategies and his own deep knowledge of business.

Tim is a very experienced businessman and has a successful track record in sales, marketing and team building, both in the companies he has advised, and worked for.

Living and working in many parts of Europe has given Tim an understanding of the challenges and opportunities that exist for businesses in urban and rural areas, whether they are small or large organizations.

Tim’s Business Coaching experience is diverse with his career taking him through many industries, including, wholesale, retail, the service industry, catering, recruitment, printing, advertising and marketing. He has worked with companies from 2 to 2000 team members, whilst also working with schools and coaching sporting teams.

Tim’s passion is for coaching and he has successfully coached teams in telesales and service support, and has many major ‘wins’ listed on his resume, including big increases in sales, profits, and large gains in productivity.

Simon Morton


Simon is the Managing Director at Supplyant and is responsible for delivering over £9 million of online orders this year for the retailers he works with. Simon has been actively retailing in e-commerce businesses for the last 15 years.

During this time Simon’s strategies for growth have seen many of his clients achieve massive growth. A no nonsense leader who loves nothing better than working with driven business owners who want to achieve more.
